1. General Provisions

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and United IT Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Offerer") on providing access to the iWatt mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").The application provides a platform for searching, booking and paying for the services of charging stations for electric vehicles. All services are provided by charging station operatorsстанций (далее — "CPO"). iWatt выполняет роль посредника, предоставляющего маркетплейс для взаимодействия CPO и Пользователей.

2. Registration and authorization
To use the Application, the User is obliged to:

• Provide correct data during registration:

  
  

• Phone number;

• First and last name;

• Gender;

• Date of birth;

• Photo (optional).

  Confirm the phone number via a one-time SMS code.

The Offeror reserves the right to block User accounts upon detection of false information or violation of the rules for using the Application.

3. Deleting a profile

1. The User has the right to delete their profile through the Application settings.

2. After deleting the profile, all personal data of the User, except for those that must be stored in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will be deleted.

3. In case of difficulties with deleting the profile, the User can contact the support service at [email protected] with the corresponding request.

4. Application functionality
The application provides the following features:

1. Search for charging stations based on your current location.

2. View station information (occupancy, cost, power, etc.).

3. Book charging stations for a convenient time.

4. Pay for charging services via the internal balance of the Application.

5. Monitor the history of charging sessions and payments.

5. Privacy policy

• All personal data of the User is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• The application collects data about:

  • User's identity (name, date of birth, etc.);

  • Car (VIN, registration number, model);

  • Geolocations (not saved on the server).

• The data is used solely for the provision of services.

User rights in relation to personal data:

1. Request information about data processing.

2. Request deletion of data upon termination of use of the Application.

6. User Agreement The User undertakes to:

• Use the Application only for personal purposes related to searching for and paying for charging services.

• Not to take actions that violate the operation of the Application or the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Immediately report any suspicious activity related to his account to the support service.

Rights of the Offeror:

• Update, modify or temporarily suspend the Application for maintenance purposes.

• Delete or block accounts that violate the terms of the Offer.

7. Payment terms

1. The user pays for charging services per kWh.

2. The internal balance can be replenished using a bank card.

3. Payments are processed via Octagram JSC, and card data is not stored on iWatt servers.

4. The user is responsible for the correctness of the data entered during payment.

8. OFD (fiscal data operator)
Fiscal receipts for services rendered are generated by the partner (CPO). The CPO is responsible for the correct provision of receipts, their transfer to the User and compliance with tax legislation.

9. Intellectual property

1. The application, including the program code, graphical interface, logo and other elements, is an object of intellectual property of United IT Company LLC.

2. The User has the right to use the Application only within the scope of its functionality.

3. Copying, modification, distribution or other use of elements of the Application without the consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

4. Violation of intellectual property rights entails legal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10.Responsibilities of the parties

1. iWatt is not responsible for:

• Interruptions in the operation of the Application caused by technical reasons;

• Quality of services provided by CPO;

• Financial losses caused by User errors.

2. The user is responsible for:

• Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Providing false information during registration.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Offeror shall not be liable for:

1. CPO actions including denial of service or calculation errors.

2. Losses related to the unavailability of the Application due to technical reasons.

3. Any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of the Application.

12. Dispute resolution

1. Все споры разрешаются в соответствии с законодательством Республики Узбекистан.

13. Changes to the terms of the offer

1. The Offeror reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer.

2. Changes come into force from the moment they are published in the Appendix.

3. Continued use of the Application shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
